How can we help?

Get help with setup, understand your reports, or request changes to your account and data.

Start with the documentation

Follow the installation guide, bring over history with the import guide, or work through troubleshooting before contacting support.

Contact support

Email Aditya Ojha at adityakodez@gmail.com. Support is handled by email. Clicking an email link opens your mail app; it does not send a message automatically. You can also copy the address into your email service.

To help us investigate, include:

  • The website address and the page or feature you were using.
  • What you expected, what happened, and the steps to reproduce it.
  • The approximate time, your time zone, and any error identifier shown.
  • Your browser and device, plus a screenshot with private information removed if useful.

Never include passwords, database connection strings, server event keys, OAuth tokens, or sensitive visitor data. If a key was exposed, revoke it in Track signups before contacting us.

If tracking is not showing up

  • Check that the registered website address matches your browser's address, including https, www, and any port.
  • Install the snippet in your website's shared head, publish it, then open the website to send a visit.
  • Use Check installation from your website menu, then Run checks to inspect the published snippet and any Content Security Policy blocks.
  • Check whether an extension or browser setting blocks the tracking request. Choose a date range that includes the visit.

Signup tracking is a separate server integration. Open Track signups from Analytics or Funnels, and look under Check receipt. A form submission, button click, or account login is not a confirmed signup. Signup received without linked attribution means the event arrived but no eligible tracked visit could be linked.

Account access

Sign in with the Google or GitHub account connected to your workspace. If your website list looks different, check which provider account you selected. Sign out and try the original account before creating a new website registration.

If you cannot access the original account, email support with the website address and a description of the problem. We may ask you to verify ownership before discussing account information or changing access. Do not send your sign-in credentials.

Privacy and deletion requests

To delete a website and its analytics, open the website menu, choose its actions menu, and use Delete website. This removes its pageviews, server events, event keys, funnels, and deployment records from the active database. Remove the tracker from your website as well. Deletion cannot be undone through the app.

To delete your Talvess account, email adityakodez@gmail.com with the subject Talvess account deletion, using your account's email address where possible. State that you want the account and its websites deleted. We verify the request before processing it; an email link alone does not delete anything.

For access, correction, or other privacy requests, email us with the subject Talvess privacy request. If you visited a customer's website, contact that website owner first. Our Privacy policy explains data handling and retention, including provider backups and logs.

Report a security issue privately

Email adityakodez@gmail.com with the subject Talvess security report. Describe the affected feature and a safe way to reproduce the issue. Do not post credentials, exploit details, or another user's information publicly, and do not access data you are not authorised to view.
